I saw an article about coffee for weight loss. So I thought: Wow my favorite beverage in the planet and something I can't live without can make me lose weight too! This is so exciting! So I rushed to the grocery to buy (more of hoarding) my favorite coffee, Folgers. Next to it I saw some weight loss coffee. I thought, of course I should definitely give it a shot. Here are the list of the slimming coffee I've tried. If you're interested to find more reviews on slimming coffee, feel free to bookmark this page. I'll be searching for more slimming coffee and add them in this post.

Ingredients:
● Chlorogenic acid - 4 mg
● L-carnitine - 10 mg
● Fructo-oligosaccharide - 110mg
● Coffee Bean Extract
Chlorogenic acid is a natural compound found in the raw green coffee beans.
L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.
Fructo-oligosaccharide is the healthier substitute for sugar.
It should be taken twice a day but I have to get some sleep at night. I had to take it once at breakfast. Either with milk, with creamer, with or without sugar. Whatever I feel like.
The taste is just like my regular coffee. Folgers or Kopiko. I like the taste actually. But, as for weight loss, it didn't work for me. I started Jan 1. My weight was 110 lbs. Today, Jan 8, its still at 110 lbs. The good thing about it is it regulated my bowel movement. So I feel healthier. But I think that's the common effect of coffee. But still, I'll keep using this product. Maybe it will take time to take effect. I'm not really hoping for it to do so but I just like the light taste of coffee.
