What's in my mini bag...

I have at least a dozen of bags or even more if I don't have a habit of giving away the ones I don't use often.  My family and friends know that I love bags so they'd give me bags as gifts.  I only bought a few.    I only have 5 bags that I really use.  My LV shoulder bag, a black Estee Lauder clutch when I go clubbing or parties, a navy Longchamp on casual days, a beige bag from Girbaud, and black Coach bag.  Of all my bags these are the only bags I use the rest are dust collectors.

Every time I go out, I'd bring two bags one big and one small bag and I'd leave the big bag in the car.  This is what's inside the small bag...

Pooch Card Holder
This is where I'd store my cash and my cards.  I know it's small but I don't bring all my cards all the time.  I'd fold my cash as small as possible.  Bummer but it's fine as long as it comes in neat and compact in my purse.

iPhone
Life is hard without a phone nowadays.  It gets you connected with the world.  Yes, the gameboy thingy is my phone.  I know the gameboy cover is less glamorous but it makes things less boring.

USB cable
My phone runs out of battery all the time.  I need this little pink cable to charge it to my car or laptop whenever I need to.

Bath&Body Works hand sanitizer
A friend gave me 5 of these.  I love all the scents.  But before,  I used to have those Isopropyl alcohol sprays.  I'm addicted to hand sanitizers, hand sprays as much as I'm addicted to lippies.  I'd spray or use this every few minutes to make sure my hands are always clean.  The reason behind this addiction is that my face is too sensitive.  I always keep my hands off my face but in case I forget, at least my hands are clean.

Spearmint
I don't smoke but I love the feeling of having a fresh breath.

Passport
I bring it with me all the time just in case I find a good travel deal or piso fare.  And I also use it as identification for over the counter withdrawals or whatever.

I

Lippies!

Maybelline Pink SPF24 and Mint Chapstick
I use them together during daytime because:
Maybelline has SPF24 it protects my lips from the harmful effects of the sun.  It also gives my lips a pinkish glow.  It's a bit sticky though.

Mint Chapstick gives me the fresh, cold minty feeling that neutralizes the stickiness of Maybelline lip balm.  But, it only has SPF15.

Burt's Bees
This lipbalm is quite pricey but its really worth it! It's really good for chapped lips, and it keeps them soft and smooth. I'm not sure if it smells like pomegranate but I really love the scent. I also like it coz it's red but I can wear it withhout having to worry about getting stained.

EOS
EOS - Evolution of Smooth has become really popular nowadays. Not just because it is advertised by top actors and actresses. But because of some other reasons.  One, is because of their cute and unique packaging.  Two, its non-sticky.  Three, it smells really good!

M.Cue
It claims to have a lightening effect but I couldn't tell if it's effective coz I just bought it.

You may wonder why I don't have a brush or comb, other make up accessories or face powder, sunnies. I leave my sunnies in the car so I don't get to sit on it or scratch it.  I can be careless sometimes. I also have a Denman hair brush that won't fit in the small bag so I leave it in the big bag.  Make up, I'm allergic and I'm still looking for a good face powder that can work on my extra sensitive skin.  I usually get acne or rashes from using face powder.  I don't really have an oily skin so it don't really mind not wearing face powder.  But, if you can suggest a good one let me know I'll be glad to try it.

Taktukka

Off to the South of Negros, about 4 hours away from Bacolod City.

Boat ride to Sugar Beach

I love their very artistic rooms.  We picked a room good for a big family, with 1 queen sized bed  and 3 single beds.
The room was very clean and got lots of fun details.  Rate: 1500 php per night + 300 for use of the aircon + wifi at 50 per hour.

The ceiling is designed as a globe with small cars mounted upside-down.

A chinese hat used as a lamp.

Cozy room for two.

Check out the clean bathroom.  See what you can find...
A water pump used as a tissue holder- that's one!

That's another room designed as a boat.

Extra bed near the window.

The cave...

Instead of the sign: male or female on the bathroom doors, underwears for male and female were framed and used as a sign.

They got soccer, darts, soccer and a pingpong table.  Although it was drizzling when we went there, we were never bored.

Food does not only look good but is also really delicious!!!

Here are more pics.  A day isn't enough to take pics of all the cool details in Takatukka.

Detour

I was just planning to go to the mall to change my mobile plan. But this cute top caught my eye. I'm not a shopaholic (I'll never admit it!) and I'm trying not go shopping or buy clothes for at least a month. Temptation is just too strong and I couldn't help it.

Well, this is what I bought.  A blue and white stripped top.  When I first saw it I thought of wearing it with a white shorts, brown leather belt, brown leather bag and a brown and white wedge. For accessories, I don't wear too much bling.  I think an aviator shades, gold watch should do it.  The good thing about this top is its less than $10!!! Great buy!

And this is how i'd wear it:

A.)  Wear it like a tube top tie the sleeves across and pair it with a floral shorts.
Accessorize with a vintage clutch.  Best worn on coffee dates with my bffs.

B.)  A more classic and casual look.  Just pair it with my favorite white shorts and Sperrys.
Accessorize with a baseball cap.  That will give it a sporty look.  I can wear this to the driving range on golf dates with my bf.  I don't like to look like a pro golfer when I'm a novice.  This look is just perfect.  Sporty but not "pro" looking.
